Privacy Policy

How Reserp handles information when you visit the website, manage an account or use the API.

Last updated September 19, 2026

1. About this policy

This policy covers the Reserp website, account console and Google Search API. Reserp is responsible for the account, billing and service information described here. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@reserp.ai.

Search results come from Google and may contain information published by third parties. This policy does not govern Google or the websites linked in search results. Their privacy policies apply when you use those services.

2. Information collected

  • Account information. Email address, sign-in information, account identifiers and settings, API key names and identifiers, and account creation or deletion records.
  • Requests and usage. Search URLs and parameters you submit, the results needed to fulfil your requests, and usage records such as request times, response status and charges. Avoid including personal information in queries unless it is necessary for your task.
  • Technical and security information. IP addresses, browser and device information, and logs used to monitor performance, investigate errors and prevent abuse.
  • Billing information. Payment references, transaction records, credit balances and auto-refill settings. Payment providers handle card details; Reserp does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Advertising information. Advertising identifiers and information about account registration and service activity used to measure advertising effectiveness.
  • Support communications. Information you provide when contacting Reserp.

3. Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides an account identifier, email address and basic profile information, which can include your name and profile picture. Reserp uses this information for sign-in, account management and security.

Reserp requests basic identity permissions only. Google sign-in does not grant access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or Google account password.

You can review or revoke the connection in your Google Account settings. Revoking that connection does not by itself delete your Reserp account.

4. How information is used

Reserp uses information to:

  • provide search results, authenticate access and manage accounts and API keys;
  • calculate usage, apply limits, process payments and provide billing records;
  • send account and security communications;
  • investigate faults, measure service quality and protect against fraud and abuse;
  • measure advertising effectiveness;
  • respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, service and account processing is necessary to provide the service you request; financial recordkeeping may be required by law; and security, support and service improvement serve legitimate business interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

5. Cookies and advertising

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, maintain your session and protect account actions. Blocking or clearing this storage can sign you out or prevent those features from working.

Reserp uses advertising identifiers and information about account registration and service use to measure advertising effectiveness. Identifiers may be stored in your browser and associated with your account. Measurement information is shared with Google Ads; these reports do not include API keys, search queries or search results.

You can manage browser storage through your browser settings. For information about how Google uses measurement information, see Google's privacy information.

6. Service providers and sharing

Reserp shares information as needed with providers of hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, security, and network and content delivery services. Providers receive information needed for their role. Their own privacy policies also apply where they process information independently.

Search URLs and parameters are sent to Google to fulfil your requests. Google also receives the advertising measurement information described above. Following a result link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, investigate abuse, protect rights and security, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.

7. Retention and deletion

Account information, including associated advertising records, is retained while the account is maintained. Other retention periods depend on the type of record: usage records support account history and billing; technical and support records help resolve faults and security issues; and financial records support accounting, legal obligations and payment disputes. Backups and records held independently by service providers may have separate retention periods.

You can request account deletion from account settings. API access is disabled immediately and auto-refill is turned off. A 30-day recovery period follows; signing back in during that period cancels deletion. After the recovery period, the account becomes eligible for permanent deletion.

Permanent deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, API key records and account usage history. Limited account identifiers and deletion records are retained for security and to record the deletion. Financial records, operational and security logs, and backups may remain for the purposes described above. Deletion does not automatically remove records that third parties retain independently under their own obligations.

8. Security and international processing

Reserp uses technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. Keep passwords and API keys private, and revoke a key if you believe it has been exposed.

Reserp uses infrastructure and service providers in multiple countries. Information may be processed outside your country, where data protection laws may differ. Contact support@reserp.ai for information about the processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your data.

9. Your choices and rights

You can manage account details, revoke API keys, turn off auto-refill and request account deletion in the console. You can also control browser storage through your browser settings and manage your Google connection through Google Account settings.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing or receive it in a portable format. You may also have the right to object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Send requests to support@reserp.ai. Reserp may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions, including obligations to retain financial records. You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.

10. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the service or its data practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

For privacy questions or requests, contact Reserp at support@reserp.ai.
