Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Reserp, including the Google Search API, account console, prepaid credits, and auto-refill.
Last updated August 15, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, obtaining an API key, purchasing credits, enabling auto-refill, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Reserp for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
2. The service
Reserp provides programmatic access to Google Search result data and related account and billing tools. Documentation describes the currently supported request and response contract. The service may return data supplied by third parties, and search results can change, become unavailable, or differ by time, location, language, and other request parameters.
3. Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials and API keys. Do not publish, sell, transfer, or share credentials with unauthorized parties. If you believe an account or key has been compromised, rotate affected keys immediately and take reasonable steps to secure your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You must not:
- use the service to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
- use the service for fraud, deception, harassment, threats, or other unlawful activity;
- introduce malware, probe or attack our systems, interfere with other users, or place unreasonable load on the service;
- circumvent rate limits, access controls, usage restrictions, or billing mechanisms;
- misrepresent your relationship with Reserp or use the service in a way that could create liability for us.
You are responsible for your applications, end users, requests, and use of returned data. We may enforce technical limits and investigate suspected abuse.
5. Free allowance, prepaid credits, pricing, and billing
Each account receives a monthly Free request allowance. When your prepaid USD credit balance is greater than zero, processed requests use prepaid service and are charged at the applicable rate shown on the pricing page; your Free allowance is not consumed. When no usable prepaid balance remains, processed requests automatically consume Free allowance instead. Free requests have lower rate limits, use shared capacity, and may have lower availability.
Requests rejected before processing begins, including authentication, validation, rate-limit, or capacity errors, are neither charged nor counted against Free allowance. Free allowance and prepaid pricing bands reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month; unused account balance does not reset.
You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you select for credit purchases. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for applicable taxes. Credits are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not transferable outside the service. Payments and unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Reserp.
We may change pricing prospectively by updating the pricing page. A new rate applies only to usage after it takes effect. If a payment is reversed, disputed, or refunded, we may deduct the corresponding credits or balance from your account.
6. Auto-refill
If you enable auto-refill, you authorize Reserp and its payment processor to charge your saved payment method automatically when your balance falls below the threshold you select. Each charge uses your selected refill amount and is subject to your configured monthly safety limit. Auto-refill may charge more than once in a month if those conditions are met.
You can turn auto-refill off at any time from the account console. Turning it off prevents future automatic refill attempts but does not reverse a charge already completed or in progress. If auto-refill is off, reaches its monthly limit, or a payment fails, requests automatically fall back to the remaining Free allowance and its lower shared limits when your balance reaches zero.
7. Third-party services and content
Reserp relies on third-party providers, including payment and search infrastructure. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and may change independently of Reserp. You are responsible for complying with terms that apply to your use of Google, destination websites, and returned content. Reserp is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
8. Ownership and feedback
Reserp and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, branding, and related technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of third-party search results or other content. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to process your requests and operate the service. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular search result, or permanent support for a feature. We may modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service, including to address security, legal, provider, or operational requirements. Where reasonably practical, we will provide advance notice of a material change.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the service, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically practical. Where the circumstances allow, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Reserp disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. You use the service and rely on returned data at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reserp and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Reserp's total liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Reserp during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. General terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when practical. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the service. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are the entire agreement about the service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only.
